General Terms:
Advertising Agency is entitled for 15% agency commission.
For Fixed time extra 25% will be charged.
For all foreign products 100% more tariffs will be charged.
The rates and general terms are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation is subject to written notice of 30 working days, if not has to be paid by the advertiser.
In house radio spot production, script writing (English / Nepali) and voice over Rs. 3000/- per spot of max. 60 sec. will be charged.
Payment has to be done according to the agreement.
Advertisements must be submitted before 24 hours of transmission time.
Radio City FM reserves the right to reject, refuse of discontinue any agreement for reasons satisfactory to itself, or remove without notice, material it considers not in the public interest.
